How does moving to PowerLine affect our daily workflow?
PowerLine was built to operate seamlessly in the background, providing your pharmacy best-in-class stability, scalability, and resiliency. This means moving to PowerLine will not impact your pharmacy’s daily workflow, rather your pharmacy will submit claims from your pharmacy management system as you always have. PowerLine will then direct these claims to the appropriate payer and provide your pharmacy the payer’s response in real-time.
What if we have unique third-party data feeds?
PowerLine supports data feeds with most major third-party vendors. If there’s a specific data feed you’re concerned about, we can confirm if it’s supported. If it’s not yet supported, we’ll keep your pharmacy on its backup switch temporarily until the necessary integration is complete.
What happens if PowerLine experiences an outage?
PowerLine boasts a best-in-class 99.99% uptime rate. However, we understand that no system is completely immune to temporary outages. If PowerLine were to temporarily become unavailable, BestRx will automatically route claims to your chosen backup switch. Once PowerLine is available, the system will seamlessly switch back to utilizing PowerLine as the primary switch.
How long does the PowerLine integration process take? How long is the downtime?
Moving your switch to PowerLine is very simple and there is no downtime experienced. We orchestrate the move within the BestRx platform on your behalf, and the update is instantaneous.
