151-A: MedSync

MedSync is a feature available to Standard Tier Subscribers and above. This feature’s purpose is to help facilitate timing a patient’s prescription fills around one another so that they can pick up all of their medications at the same time. Studies* have shown that synchronizing a patient’s medications not only makes it easier on both patients and pharmacists, but also increases patient medication adherence. In this video we will go over: how to set up, configure and Sync patient medications using MedSync. Building on that we will show you how to automate the process and how to monitor MedSync RXs via our new Calendar feature.
